We are dreaming of visiting the tough to reach national parks that are still on our bucket list —National Park of American Samoa, Dry Tortugas and Gates of the Arctic.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?We’ve had so many. Most recently: Hiking across snow fields for gorgeous views of Mount Rainier and the cascade range. Most epic: Hiking Channel Islands in the spring for incredible views of the islands green, with wildflower dotted cliffs crashing to the sea. Most magical: Camping on Isle Royale at the end of the season with almost no other people on the island, listening to the moose vocalize as the sun set.
What would you do with $10,000?Plan an unforgettable trip to Alaska’s arctic parks-Kobuk Valley, Gates of the Arctic, the Bering Land Bridge and the Inupiat Heritage Center at the very rooftop of the world in Barrow.
