Hmm that is a tough question as I have been to so many National Parks as a bike/hike guide. I lead people through the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Olympic National Park, Yosemite, Canadian Rockies, Glacier National Park ( Montana and Revelstoke). There is so much exploring in these parks anyone of these I would go back to, and so many other parks i would like to see. I would love to go to Denali.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?Hmm, One continent stands out: Africa: Working with the National Rwandan Cycling Team, seeing the Mt Gorillas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), hiking up Mt Nyiragongo a active volcano (DRC), kayaking in lake Kivu a methane gas lake. Not only the adventure but the culture and people of the country- Rwanda for learning about the survivors of the genocide, and the DRC for the natural wonders of the world.
What would you do with $10,000?I am heading to Nepal to Mt bike in the Himalayas for 12 days. This would pay for the trip , and I will buy medical supplies for the mountain bike guides in Nepal. If I win I would also donate $2000.00 to my nieces higher eduction in the Masters of Counselling program at Yorkville University.
