I find my heart most happy while in the mountains and want to explore as much as possible. Though they are hundreds of miles from each other, my dream parks to visit are Rocky Mountain and Glacier.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?The day hike that celebrated my first wedding anniversary with my husband has held a special place as my favorite adventure. From thinking that 12 mile out and back was a good idea as a hiking newbie, to eating our wedding cake at an alpine lake, to making the last shuttle back to the truck with seconds to spare. It was a day filled of “firsts” for the two of us. It’s also the adventure that sparked the first tradition we started as a couple of completing a hike for our anniversary.
What would you do with $10,000?Take it and run. And when I say “run”, I mean run into the wilderness and explore it as much as possible. My ultimate goal would be able to be supported through the completion of the Colorado Trail. And before you ask, yes I will bring my husband. This love of adventure started with him and I want to see it all the way through with him hiking by my side…or more like with him about 50 feet in front of me.
