Torngat Mountains National Park in Labrador, Canada. The remote and expansive terrain has extremely unique topography. No photo or video will ever satisfy my desire to experience that landscape with my own two eyes.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?Hiking alone through Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. 137km in 7 days and 6 nights. My first solo trip & my first solo hike. The vastness of the landscape, the uniqueness of the mountains, seeing a glacier for the first time was so motivational to keep moving. I’ll forever remember the mental and physical strength it took to conquer 38 kms in one day through every weather system imaginable, but, once I reached my campsite, I had never been prouder of myself and my shear determination.
What would you do with $10,000?Donation to Leave No Trace Canada this initiative is imperative for folks to follow when in nature, leaving nothing behind, only footsteps. Further to that, I would donate to local hiking trail maintenance groups, who are out there grinding to keep nature beautiful and accessible with limited funds.
