Quarter-Finalist

Jordan Milner

I see exploring nature akin to exploring the mind and soul when making art and am constantly crossing the paths in all that I do.

What national park do you dream of visiting?

The GDT is close to my heart and home. It is truly out there. One day that will come true.

What has been your favorite adventure experience?

The first hike I ever went on in the Strathcona mountain range. I was with on a second round search crew with my dad looking for my uncle who had disappeared up there while trail running up to creme lake one day. We never found him but amidst the emotional tolls it took on me and my family, I still felt spiritually lifted and an overwhelming sence of peace of mind returning home. I have continued hiking ever since.

What would you do with $10,000?

I want to attempt an annual quadruple crown of the AT,CDT,PCT and TA. While thru hiking with @quadzilla on Te Araroa trail I asked if it was possible (as he has accomplish the annual triple crown a couple years back) he laughed and said "its possible!" I know I have an innate drive for these extreme measures. I believe Im channelling my uncle Walters Milners strength and perseverance as Mr.Canada. RIP
