What has been your favorite adventure experience?To date my favorite adventure experience was renting a Jeep and exploring the Highlands of Iceland. There was a tent on the top. We drove down F-roads thru rivers and got to experience Iceland from a different perspective. Being in the Jeep gave us flexibility with the itinerary. The tent allowed us to camp along the way. Included in that adventure was a trip to Katla ice cave. A year later the cave collapsed. A not so subtle reminder that life is fragile and global warming is a threat.
What would you do with $10,000?There are a few ideas I have for the money. First is to either buy a tow-behind camper to keep exploring with my dogs. The second is to buy a drone to elevate my photographs and learn cinematography. I'm also hoping to open an Etsy shop and start selling photos/products from my adventures. The final idea is to splurge on either an African safari or trip to the Galapagos, which have always been a dream.
