I dream of spending time in Yosemite. I attempted to backpack the John Muir trail twice. I first had to cancel due to record snowfall the winter before and the second time I finally made it out there, but the fires chased me out. Third time has to be the charm!
What has been your favorite adventure experience?There have been so many! I visited 9 national parks and monuments during a 7500 miles cross country trip pulling my tiny camper. The PNW, for me, was like a different world from the Midwest, and look forward to getting back out there once I retire in 7 weeks! Another fav was trail maintenance for The Colorado Trail during Mother’s Day weekend. I appreciate and love the natural world and inspire others to get out there too.
What would you do with $10,000?I would upgrade to a bigger camper that has a bathroom! Imagine, 40 years of tent camping, a few years of Aliner camping, next would be something a bit bigger! I could use it to camp host in the National Park Campgrounds. I dream of being a camp host but I need a self contained rig. It would be a gift that keeps on giving not to just me but to all I meet in my travels.
