Kenai Fjords! John Muir lit afire in me when he said that a young man who goes to Alaska will never be satisfied with any other place. The vast expanse of Alaska calls out to me as one of our most preserved spaces of true wilderness, and I would love to experience firsthand its raw beauty.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?I went to Tenerife in the Canary Islands with some friends in college. We set out for a day hike on the volcano island, but ended up getting turned around and found ourselves lost on the map. We needed to do some quick adapting. What started as a short planned day ended up consisting of some hillside bushwhacking that took us to the opposite side of the island before making it back. The best adventures come from unexpected circumstances!
What would you do with $10,000?I am in the midst of planning my wedding - the ultimate adventure? - so $10,000 would be a huge game changer. It would help with not just the wedding itself, but in taking my new wife (and new lifelong adventure partner) on a killer honeymoon trip!
