I dream of visiting Glacier National Park in the lovely state of Montana, a park that I have yet to explore! I am so excited to see & be overwhelmed by the beauty of its sweeping vistas, the piercingly turquoise blue lake water, the sun dappled landscape of snow-capped peaks and forests of trees, & be able to appreciate the glaciers & learn about the land's historical & cultural significance. This park is another reminder I am happy to exist and share these connected experiences with the world.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?Machu Picchu aka "Lost City of the Incas" & Huayna Picchu! Traveling through the Peruvian countryside, learning about a new culture, acclimating to the higher altitude in Cusco, & making our way to the base of the Andes Mountains to the village of Aguas Calientes, is memory & experience I will cherish forever. I could feel the very real spiritual energy of this sacred place as I sat staring out into the Andes Mountains, overlooking the intricately beautiful architectural wonder of the world.
What would you do with $10,000?With $10,000, I would give the money to my Mom, to "repay her" for the unconditional love she bestows on me every day. This would only be a small token of gratitude for all she has sacrificed for our family. She has been a pillar of strength during the most challenging periods of life, including when my Dad underwent two liver transplants when I was 7 years old, & again, when he passed away a decade ago. She demonstrates great courage in the face of adversity & is my Greatest Role Model.
