We are dying to get to Alaska since the majority of our remaining parks are there! The kids want to see bears and salmon and the parents wouldn’t mind seeing them too ;-)
What has been your favorite adventure experience?We are a family who refuses to rate our national parks (I know, it’s controversial) but the kids remember finding 34 banana slugs on one hike in the Redwoods. They also loved watching moose eat lunch from the bottom of the pond at the Grand Tetons. I enjoyed winning the Wave lottery twice, and both times having insane weather (flash floods and 60+ mph winds). It made the experience so much more unique and memorable with way more exciting stories!
What would you do with $10,000?I would finish what we started 2 years ago and help achieve my family’s goal of seeing ALL the US National Parks (23 remaining). Either RV sites, travel costs, allllll the bear spray, and hiking gear (the salty snacks add up ya know). The kids love the Junior Ranger program and learn so so much, it’s such an invaluable life experience that they’ll never forget! Sadly we’ve had to take a pause due to finances so this would be absolutely epic! Thank you so much for considering The Wandering Ninjas
