What has been your favorite adventure experience?The 1st Mount Rainier hike in July this year.
What would you do with $10,000?Part of the fund I want to use to upgrade myself as a Nutrition coach and do specialized programs on women’s health, metabolism, or age-specific nutrition. And with the remaining money I want to start a Community Wellness Project that will empower women through fitness, nutrition, and spiritual well-being.
