I thrive on high-altitude adventures and dream of visiting Denali National Park and Preserve. With its towering peaks, rugged terrain, and untouched wilderness, Denali represents the epitome of exploration and challenge. I am captivated by the idea of skating on the frozen lakes within the park, surrounded by the majestic Alaskan landscape. The combination of extreme conditions, serene beauty, and the opportunity to push my limits in such a remote environment makes it a dream destination for me.
What has been your favorite adventure experience?Completing all of Colorado's 14ers led to my favorite adventure: becoming the second person to ice skate on frozen Pacific Tarn, the highest named lake in the U.S. This journey tested my endurance and determination, allowing me to explore Colorado's diverse alpine environments, which now includes high-altitude lakes that had never been skated on before. These experiences blend my passions for skating and mountaineering, making them truly unforgettable.
What would you do with $10,000?With $10,000, I could embark on a huge national expedition to explore renowned mountain ranges and their frozen lakes. This includes trips to Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and more to climb peaks and skate on remote lakes! The funds would cover travel, specialized equipment, and permit fees. I’d document these journeys to inspire others and share the thrill of high-altitude skating and mountaineering, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
